Analysis: Seattle landed Trumbo and left-handed pitcher Vidal Nuno in exchange for catcher Welington Castillo, right-hander Dominic Leone and minor league prospects Gabby Guerrero and Jack Reinheimer. Trumbo is hitting .259 with nine home runs and 23 RBIs for the Diamondbacks, playing 40 of his 46 games in right field. He gives the Mariners a right-handed power bat to complement Nelson Cruz and help balance their lefty-heavy lineup.
