Hoes from Triple-A Norfolk and designated veteran reliever Kevin Gregg for assignment. Analysis: Gregg went 3-2 with a 4.74 ERA in 40 appearances with the Orioles. Manager Buck Showalter said the team needed room on the 40-man roster and Gregg was not being used often enough to be effective. |
